With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, I offer individual therapy that is tailored to your unique needs, history, and goals.
As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C), I provide a safe, supportive space to explore what’s not working and begin the process of feeling better.
A Seasoned, Well-Rounded Approach
With decades of training across various modalities—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based practices—I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I work collaboratively with each client, drawing on a deep well of clinical knowledge and intuition to guide our work.
I have experience working with individuals dealing with:
- Anxiety and depression
- OCD (using ICBT, ERP)
- Relationship and family issues
- Substance use and recovery
- Grief and loss
- Life transitions (college, career, aging, divorce, etc.)
- Self-esteem and identity concerns
Family Therapy and Counseling
I provide family therapy that focuses on strengthening relationships and improving communication within a family system.
To parents seeking parenting support I offer practical parenting skills and guidance tailored to their unique situation. Together, we sort through what may be happening with their children—whether emotional, behavioral, or developmental concerns—and explore strategies to address challenges effectively.
I also help connect families with appropriate resources and supports, so that parents feel equipped and empowered to meet their child’s needs.
Earlier in my career, I worked extensively with younger children, and I still bring that knowledge into my current practice. In addition, my ongoing work in a school setting gives me insight into the challenges children and teens face, which allows me to better support parents and families in navigating concerns and strengthening relationships.
